Here’s another beauty tip for ya. We’re in the dead of winter, and your skin might be painfully dry. Eating good fats (think avocado, nut butters, coconut oil, olive oil) will actually help moisturize your skin.
Tip: Add in some healthy fats to your diet this week. Also, try using coconut oil topically to soothe dry skin.
