I don’t know about you, but when it gets cold outside, sometimes I really don’t like to get out of bed when my alarm clock chirps.
I’ve also found that when I hit the snooze button too many times in the morning, I have trouble falling asleep that night.
Tip: Before going to bed, set the intention of saying “Yes” to your alarm clock. If you wake up saying “yes” instead of “no,” you’ll wake up on time, you’ll feel better, and it’ll set a great tone for your entire day.
